In order to offer its clients a better service, KARL MAYER has taken a huge step towards offering an online service in the shape of its new service concept known as KARL MAYER ServicePlus.
KARL MAYER Teleservice is part of the KARL MAYER ServicePlus package.

The KARL MAYER Teleservice system combines all the possibilities offered by modern communication technology with extensive expertise in prompt and efficient customer service.
KARL MAYER Teleservice combines two key concepts: the KARL MAYER Teleservice software and improved accessibility.
KARL MAYER Teleservice software bridges the communication gap between the telephone and the written word. It enables large volumes of data to be transferred, as well as images and construction diagrams for rapid problem-solving. This makes this customer-oriented software solution an invaluable tool for use in diagnosis and technical support – it is an intelligent help tool, which helps clients to help themselves.
The extended access enables clients to keep in touch with KARL MAYER’s service specialists, even outside normal business hours.
If there is a problem, all the client has to do is to send off a ‘Service Request’ via the KARL MAYER Teleservice software. KARL MAYER’s relevant specialist is alerted by the central server in Obertshausen, and can start to deal with the query immediately. This reduces reaction times to a minimum when dealing with queries, and maximises the customer’s manufacturing efficiency.
When designing this service package, particular consideration was given to establishing easy access to the KARL MAYER Teleservice facilities. Using the system requires KAMCOS® machines with an external network interface, LAN cable links from the machines to the company’s network, and a standard PC with Internet access.
